Sharon Tardif-Shecanapish (418) 965-7621 is the customer service agent for English-speaking patients at the hospital in Sept-Iles. She speaks Innu, Naskapi and French as well.

Items such as an adapted bed, wheelchair, walker, etc. may be loaned by your CLSC.
Parking
Users and visitors at Le Royer Hospital have access to paid parking. The entrance to the parking is done automatically by Épilobes street and you must obtain a token to activate the exit barrier. These tokens are available through the dispenser located at the main entrance of the hospital. The cost is $ 6 per visit regardless of how long the parking is used. It is also possible to get a package if you have to use the parking lot several times a day for a long time.
