Admissions are performed by the reception staff. When you arrive, you must present some identification documents including:
your health insurance card (which will be kept at the nurse’s station with your file. Make sure to pick it up when you leave)
if applicable, your personal insurance certificate (e.g.: Blue Cross)
Upon arrival, the staff from the reception department will complete with you (or with someone you designate) all forms related to your condition for admission, including the different consent forms. Moreover, throughout your stay, before any procedure and treatment presenting a risk are carried out, your identity will always be double-checked (e.g.: your name and date of birth).
